Publicity and logos
Congratulations on receiving a grant from the BIG Awards for All programme.
It is a condition of your grant that you publicly acknowledge our funding of your project.
By receiving and accepting your grant you have made a commitment to using our logo wherever you can, for example on publicity materials, equipment and at events.
Only projects who have received funding from us can use the logo so we hope you will use it widely and regard it as visual recognition of your success.
Projects that are fully funded, non-commercial, and inspired by the Olympic and Paralympic Games also have the opportunity to apply to use the London 2012 Inspire mark.

Acknowledgment materials
We have a range of Big Lottery Fund branded materials which can be sent free of charge to help you acknowledge your grant.
Because we fund so many projects, we need to limit the quantity we send to each project.

How to order
To order any of these items, please complete the grant acknowledgment order form or alternatively email a4abranding@capitalcommunicationsgroup.com with your order.
Please ensure that you state the stock code and number required for each item in your order and that you include a delivery address where the order can be signed for.
If your project is in Wales you will be sent bilingual grant acknowledgment items.
Please note that courier companies are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Publicity
Effective publicity will tell people who you are, what you are doing and how their community will benefit.
It is important to let people know where National Lottery money is being spent and to encourage others to apply for grants. The publicity guidance document will give you some information on how to generate publicity.
We are able to supply items such as t-shirts and balloons for project openings and launch events. You can order these by completing a marketing order form or contacting enquiries.wales@biglotteryfund.org.uk
