Awards For All

Country Selection:

Call us on: 0845 600 20 40

How to apply

To be considered for a grant, you have to fill in an application form and send it back to us.

We will let you know within twelve weeks if you have been successful.

Before you start filling in the form there are a couple of things you should know:

1. read the guidance notes. Over three quarters of the applications we receive are sent back, or rejected altogether, because they contain basic errors, missing information, or ask for a grant for something that Awards for All Wales does not fund.

2. make sure you add all the extra documents we ask for (see pages 9 and 10 of the guidance notes). If we receive an application form without them, we will not look at it. We will send it back to you, so that you can add the missing details. This will delay your application.

Examples of missing information and documents include:

  • bank statements are missing or unacceptable
  • accounts are missing or unacceptable
  • the dates of birth of contacts are missing, and
  • referees are not suitable.

Application forms

You can type directly into the application form, but, you must save the form to your own computer first, and you must have version 7, or above, of Adobe Reader installed. Please see our PDF Reader support document for further advice.

If you would like a paper copy of the form and guidance notes, please call 0845 600 20 40 or textphone 0845 755 6656.

If you are a branch of another organisation, your parent body will need to complete a letter of endorsement (MS Word, 50 KB). Further information on this may be found on page 10 of the guidance notes.

PDF files Adobe Portable Document Format file
A PDF file allows you to download and print information quickly and easily.

To open and type into PDF files, you will need to use the latest version of Adobe Reader.
If you have an earlier version of Reader installed on your machine, you may not be able to see all the features in our PDFs.

You can install the latest version from the Adobe website, or computer magazine cover discs normally have the latest version included.

Please note, we do not provide the application form in any other electronic format.
